By creating an account, accessing, or using Xisaabshe ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

Xisaabshe provides cloud-assisted Point of Sale (POS), inventory management, customer invoicing, and financial reporting software engineered for retail, wholesale, and service businesses. We reserve the right to continuously enhance, modify, or add features to improve platform capabilities.

3. User Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date business information during registration.
• You must immediately notify support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription Fees & Free Trial

Xisaabshe offers subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. Trial periods provide full feature access. Upon expiration, continued use requires an active subscription. All fees are clearly displayed prior to purchase.

5. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

Xisaabshe retains all rights, titles, and interests in the platform architecture, design, and software code. You retain full ownership of all business records, inventory data, customer transactions, and sales logs uploaded to your account.
